train station clean room friendly staff hot room winter air conditioning street noise

The location was special. It was near the train station. the room was clean, and that meant so much to me. the staff was friendly, and their smiles were like sunshine.

The room was really hot, i felt a bit uncomfortable. the air conditioning did not cool in the winter. It was a little dissapointing. opening the window brought in too much street noise.

Surprising Comfort Near the Main Station

The location is near the main train station, this made getting around very easy. I was able to leave my luggage after checking out and explore the city some more. The staff was helpful when I needed directions to a nearby restaurant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable too.

The sink in the bathroom was high. I think that the sink was elevated to facilitate grey water usage, but this placement made it difficult to use.

amazing stay near everything!

train station walking distance helpful staff

The hotel is super close to the main train station. It was easy to get around! the städel museum is also within walking distance. i loved how easy it was to just step out and explore. the staff were very helpful. i was so pleased with the location and convenience.

the room did get a little stuffy, i noticed the air conditioning didn't cool in the winter. opening the window let in a bit too much street noise. it made getting a good night's sleep a bit challenging.

Food eateries were amazing. I ate at the chinese place across the road and the lebanese spot around the corner! breakfast was really good. i definitely recommend trying the local food options.

the staff was super polite during check-in and were great too please us! the bed was comfortable and i had the best sleep ever. i enjoyed the happy hour with 50% off at the bar and breakfast had many choices

i noticed a few personal belongings left by a previous guest in my room.

main station generous amount

The location proved convenient I was a short walk from the main train station. The room included a kettle and coffee and tea were generously provided I especially liked that feature.

The bathroom was quite small I could barely turn around in it.
